'Conversing with the customer'

‘Conversing with the customer' is an interactive Q&A game, in which you decide how the conversation with the customer will develop, depending on the answers you give. The conversation is based on a five-phase sales model. Your overall score will depend on how well you do in the different phases.

Just like in the real world, you may find that you are better at one phase than at another. The game also gives you a chance to 'pull off' the sale even if the initial phases don't go too well.

As well as an overall score, you will be told exactly how to improve your weak spots.
