The LADEGAARD System

Jens Ladegaard is the man behind the company LADEGAARD and the LADEGAARD System. Also the company's CEO, he has a long career behind him in the financial sector as a sales director and vice director of one of Denmark's largest banks (Jyske Bank), and as director of one of the biggest mortgage institutions in Denmark (Realkredit Danmark). Together with his son Thomas Ladegaard, Jens Ladegaard authored the LADEGAARD System and the training systems The Key to Successful Selling, The Key to Successful Leadership, and The Key to Successful Service.

Innovation and the development of new products have been key concepts for LADEGAARD ever since Jens Ladegaard established the company in 1993. Jens Ladegaard was aware early on that learning and development is a process and that solely viewing training as an annual event is not the best approach. Effective companies only invest if the outcome is positive and long-term results are achieved.

Within a few short years, the company started to design Blended Learning solutions for Danish businesses. The aim was to combine a variety of permanently accessible teaching methods and materials to ensure the best possible learning. The LADEGAARD System achieved excellent results from the outset.

 

In 2004, the first training system was launched in Danish - The Key to Successful Selling. This proved a huge success and is used today by thousands of salespeople in Denmark and abroad. Since then, two further successes have been produced, The Key to Successful Leadership in 2007 and The Key to Successful Service in 2009.
