New LADEGAARD company off to a flying start!

LADEGAARD A/S has started a new company called LADEGAARD Retail. Their objective is to target all retail stores in Denmark.

LADEGAARD Retail is off to a flying start with a big contract with northern Europe’s biggest Audio & TV chain, Elbodan. All the training will of course be Blended Learning with the LADEGAARD system in sales, service and leadership.

CEO Thomas Klamer, LADEGAARD Retail, says:

"In the retail trade there is an enormous need for training employees in both sales and service. Especially in a crisis companies have the option of using the situation to develop the skills of their employees. However, many companies are not aware of what their benefit would be if they trained the employees who have the most customer contact – their service employees."

The Key to Successful Service

LADEGAARD Retail bases their training on 'The Key to Successful Service'. This is the third LADEGAARD System built on the same ground-breaking Blended Learning concept from LADEGAARD. Thousands of managers and salespeople already use 'The Key to Successful Selling' and 'The Key to Successful Leadership'.

LADEGAARD Retail is a part of the LADEGAARD Group which also consists of LADEGAARD and Blended Learning International. LADEGAARD Retail has five employees all of whom have a background from established consultancies.
