Carlsberg manager to be CEO of new company

 

Carlsberg Sales Manager for Eastern Denmark, Henrik Vang, will be taking up his duties as CEO of LADEGAARD A/S' subsidiary company Blended Learning International as of January 1, 2009.

 

As of January 1, 2009, present Sales Manager in Carlsberg Denmark Henrik Vang will take up the position as CEO of the new company Blended Learning International A/S (BLI A/S). The company is a subsidiary of LADEGAARD A/S and the Norwegian company Auticon Holding AS. Chairman of the board is Anders Knutsen, who has just been named best Danish chairman 2008.

 

As the name implies, Blended Learning International A/S will sell and implement sales, leadership and service training systems based on the Blended Learning method in most of the world. This will take place on the basis of the training and development concepts that the parent company LADEGAARD A/S has great success with in Denmark.

 

The LADEGAARD systems are called The Key to Successful Selling and The Key to Successful Leadership. They are available in Danish, English, Norwegian and German. Through a network of certified partners, Blended Learning International A/S will implement the training systems in large international companies using the motto: Global System - Local Training.

New CEO of Blended Learning International A/S, Henrik Vang, says:

 

The unique LADEGAARD Blended Learning system is increasingly in demand by international companies. With the same system all over the world and locally adapted training by trainers who speak the language, companies can get a very determined and effective tool for the training of their employees. Especially in a financial crisis companies all over the world focus on return on investments and on whether employee development works.

 

Henrik Vang knows what he is talking about. He is already familiar with the LADEGAARD system, since he implemented Blended Learning from LADEGAARD A/S in Carlsberg's Sales Department with very impressive results.

 

When Henrik Vang takes up the job on January 1, 2009, it will be in newly furnished premises in Virum north of Copenhagen. The international activities were formerly placed in the parent company LADEGAARD A/S, but having attained considerable growth, the company has wished to strengthen and extend the international profile.

 

Blended Learning International A/S starts off with strong partners in India and Germany. Several of LADEGAARD A/S' employees who work on the development of the LADEGAARD system as well as international customers will also be a part of Blended Learning International A/S under the leadership of Henrik Vang.
