Successful launch of Blended Learning in Norway
The Norwegian version of 'The Key to Successful Selling' was launched this September in Oslo, and the reception from the market has been very positive
Success doesn't happen by chance, and the positive reception is due to the Blended Learning method, hard work and not least the co-operation between LADEGAARD A/S and the Norwegian partner Calleo A/S.
Things have gone fast since March 2008, when the two Scandinavian companies signed the agreement on developing the Norwegian version of ‘The Key to Successful Selling'. "We were really excited about the Blended Learning solution ‘The Key to Successful Selling', and by April we were already at work on the translation," says Rune Egeness, day-to-day head of Calleo AS, about the first meeting and the start-up phase.
The production has taken place quickly and painlessly because of the people involved and the resources both companies have invested in the job. Video clips, the web site and the book have been translated and the Norwegian trainers have been trained so they are ready to take the stage at the first open courses in Norway in January.
Rune Egeness is very pleased with the co-operation with LADEGAARD:

Since things have been so well prepared by our professional supplier, all that is needed now is hard work on our part to create a success.
Work on ensuring a continued success is well under way. Calleo has set up several meetings with big customers and the first open courses in ‘The Key to Successful Selling' in Norwegian will be carried out in Trondheim, Norway, in January 2009.
In Calleo AS the attitude to the Blended Learning method is clear: "It is unique and gives us distinct advantages compared to our competitors," Rune Egeness says. For this reason Calleo AS and LADEGAARD A/S will continue to work together on the development and launching of new products for the Norwegian markets.
‘The Key to Successful Leadership' will be launched in Norwegian in March 2009, and in November 2009 ‘The Key to Successful Service' will be launched in the Norwegian market.
