The first 12 trainers passed the test in India

Senior Trainer P.-H. Bergmann has just arrived back to Denmark from Pune in India, where he has spent several days training 12 new Blended Learning trainers from our partner Vinsys.

LADEGAARD's Indian partner Vinsys IT Services (I) Pvt. Ltd., Pune, is now close to finalizing the first open course of The Key To Successful Selling. For this reason we completed this 4 day train-the-trainer programme.

P.-H. Bergmann is very excited about the high level of the Indian trainers. He says:

“I must admit that the team Vinsys has selected for the Blended Learning concept in India is second to none. Over the years I’ve worked with many trainers, but the level of competence of the Vinsys trainers is very high.”

The trainers from Vinsys participated in the the programme with great enthusiasm. They were dedicated and highly motivated and within a very short time they adopted the programme. The purpose of the programme was, among other things, to make sure that the trainers understand and are able to communicate The Key To Successful Selling to their target groups in India taking into consideration the cultural gap between Europe and The Far East.

The programme was a mix between lecturing from P.-H. Bergmann, customizing the programme to Indian standards and role plays and presentations from the Indian trainers on the lessons they found the most challenging. P.-H. Bergmann says:

“When I left India, I had a good gut feeling. All the trainers at Vinsys have a very good understanding of our method and concept. I’m sure they will succeed in their training, making Blended Learning a success in India as well”.
