I have never experienced management training this positive and energetic. 20 mid-level managers took an active part in the training. Jens Ladegaard got everyone's attention from the very beginning and kept it the whole day. Nine hours of intensive training and everyone just wanted more!

Even before lunch I sensed that this training day would have great importance. Tangible goals have been developed and worked on. We focused our attention on the "sore points", and because of your approach everyone was motivated to see possibilities and create solutions. Thank you for fantastic inspiration which just a week later has led to perceptible results.
