Danish Sales Training Success is exported to Norway

 

LADEGAARD A/S and the Norwegian group Auticon Holding AS have entered into an agreement about launching the sales training concept The Key to Successful Selling in Norway in the autumn of 2008.

 

Established in 1983, Auticon Holding AS is a family business which today is the parent company in the group. The Key to Successful Selling shall be adapted through a recently established subsidiary company and training centre, Calleo AS. The biggest company in the group is Sticos AS, a company within the areas financial systems and human resource development. Today Sticos has 26,000 users of its core product, an online work of reference. At the present time the group has 66 employees and has budgeted with a turnover of 80-90 million NOK.

 

The Key to Successful Selling is a Blended Learning training concept. This means that training consists not only of traditional classroom teaching but also of training, tests and downloads online at www.successfulselling.info. Furthermore the user receives a comprehensive work of reference and audio files for podcast and cd.

 

The Blended Learning concept suits Norwegian conditions and ways of learning perfectly. Norway has a low population density with great distances and it is expensive to send employees on courses for many days. With The Key to Successful Selling the number of course days may be reduced and online training may be increased.

 

Because of its geography Norway has a decentralized company structure. With The Key to Successful Selling Norwegian companies have access to a specially designed internet platform where they may share experiences and knowledge. That means it is less important whether you are situated in Oslo in the south or Kirkenes in the north.

 

Auticon Holding AS has invested a large amount of money in new premises in Lade in Trondheim. The building will be fitted up for running courses and completed at the same time as the launching of The Key to Successful Selling in Norwegian. The next neighbour is Lade Gaard which was known as an historic high seat as far back as the Viking age. This means that all the stops are pulled out to ensure that The Key to Successful Selling becomes a big success in Norway.
